Who we are

The short version

  • We keep only the data needed to run the app and to tell you about it.
  • We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
  • You can delete your account and its data at any time.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email address and, if you give them, the destination you are interested in, your exam month, the country you trained in and which pass you clicked. We use this to email you about the launch and to decide which exams and prices to offer first. We delete waitlist entries within 12 months of launch, or sooner if you ask.

The app

When you use the app we store:

  • Account: your email address, or your Google account's email if you sign in with Google, and an optional display name.
  • Study settings: the exam you are preparing for, your exam date, your time zone, daily target and reminder time.
  • Practice history: your answers, scores, time per question and flashcards, so the app can plan your practice and show your progress.
  • Assistant messages: if you have a pass and use the assistant, your messages and its replies, so we can check quality and costs. Do not enter information about real patients or your own health.
  • Passes: which pass you bought and when it expires. Google Play handles the payment; we never see your card or bank details.
  • Question reports: problems you report with a question.
  • Reminders: daily reminders are scheduled on your phone; we do not send push messages from our servers.
  • Usage and crash data: which screens and features are used, and error reports, identified only by a random account id. We do not send question text or anything you type to these services.

Services that process data for us

  • Supabase: database, sign-in and server functions.
  • Cloudflare: hosting this website.
  • Google Play: payments. Google keeps its own purchase records.
  • RevenueCat: checks which passes you have bought.
  • Anthropic: generates assistant replies. Messages are sent only when you use the assistant.
  • PostHog: usage statistics.
  • Sentry: crash and error reports.

How long we keep data

We keep your account data while your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your profile, practice history, flashcards, passes record and assistant messages, and ask RevenueCat and PostHog to delete their records about you. Question reports you made are kept without your account id so we can still fix the question. Error logs expire automatically within 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account from the app (Settings → Delete account) or on our delete account page. Children

The app is for qualified and student nurses aged 18 or over.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and tell app users in the app.
